Doubletree By Hilton Buenos Aires Hotel

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was fantastic, with a balcony offering a great view. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and had a wide variety of options. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the pool and spa area were relaxing and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was excellent, as we were able to easily walk to all the main tourist areas and there were plenty of nice restaurants nearby. We felt safe in this area, despite the initial uncertainty of the street outside. However, the hotel had security at the entrance, which provided reassurance.

It is within walking distance to the Buquebus port in Puerto Madero, allowing easy access to other destinations. it is close to the main tourist attractions and there are some nice restaurants in the surrounding area. The hotel offers a variety of facilities, including an indoor pool, spa, and small workout room, ensuring guests have plenty of options for relaxation and recreation. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with friendly and helpful employees at the front desk. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, with separate toilet and shower areas. Guests can also enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

Some guests have reported issues with the language barrier when requesting additional amenities, such as bathrobes and slippers.

Convenient location near office, restaurants, and attractions. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Polite and professional front desk staff. Impressive breakfast variety.

One incident left a negative impression as we visited the bar and experienced poor service. Despite ordering a drink, the staff were unfamiliar with the bar and we were left with only a partial pour.

Here you'll find all the luxurious needs you may fancy like a sauna, massage, spa lounges and beauty treatments. the indoor swimming pool was clean with powerful water pressure, and we enjoyed time in the game room for the hotel guests. the lobby bar was impressive, and the staff was genuinely helpful, with nothing being too much trouble.

The breakfast buffet had limited choices, and there was no variation from day to day. But even this was a minor issue for this hotel, which catered well for those requiring business facilities in addition to luxury and comfort.
